TEACH was founded by the U.S. Department of Education at the end of the Obama Administration and endowed to the nation’s public schools to attract the next generation of diverse talented teachers, serving as a platform for inspiration and support. Now, TEACH is launching a bold national initiative to recruit the next generation of Black teachers, called “Future Black Teachers (FBT).” They are looking for an experienced leader to lead this initiative as the Head of Future Black Teachers. This person will be a driving force in not only building the nation’s largest and boldest initiative to attract more Black teachers, but also in determining TEACH’s culture and strength as a team.
The ideal candidate has 10+ years of relevant experience and the passion for increasing the number of Black teachers in America’s schools. This person is an experienced people manager, with a demonstrated track record of developing and maintaining strong relationships with diverse stakeholders and exceptional project management skills.

Vice President, Program & District Sales

The National Math and Science Initiative is a national nonprofit organization dedicated to transforming math and science education in today’s classrooms and ensuring that all students have the knowledge and skills to thrive in the global economy of the 21st century. They are looking for an experienced sales professional to be their Vice President, Program & District Sales. As the leader of the Program Team, the VP is a strategic thinker responsible for the renewal and expansion strategy for the team that supports NMSI’s partners with all NMSI’s products and services. This person will develop and direct strategy to increase NMSI’s footprint with existing and new partners, coaching and setting strategy for discovering and maturing opportunities to grow NMSI’s business. The ideal candidate has 10+ years of relevant sales experience in the education field, especially in partnership work with districts, and has been involved with the sales process with districts. This is a remote position with up to three overnight trips per month once it is safe to travel.

Rocketship Public Schools CA - Mental Health Provider

Based in San Jose, CA and reporting to the Manager of Mental Health Providers, the Mental Health Provider will provide direct educationally related mental health services directly to students in special education, related mental health services to general education students, as well as providing consultation and coaching to school leaders and teachers regarding issues of trauma, mental health, behavior, and community resources. The ideal candidate has at least one year of experience (2+ years preferred) providing mental health services in school-based settings. This person also possesses experience working with students with a range of disabilities (learning disabilities, emotional and behavioral disorders, autism, etc.)
