As 2024 comes to a close, we’re proud to share some of the milestones that made this year extraordinary. From empowering organizations to reimagining talent strategies, WorkTogether has been on an inspiring journey—and we couldn’t have done it without you.

- 6,706 applications reviewed with care, ensuring a human-centered recruitment process.
- 49.5 hours of interviews conducted to help organizations find the perfect fit.
- 14,080 candidates contacted on LinkedIn, expanding our reach to exceptional professionals.
- 952 recruitment calls and interviews, fostering connections that spark transformation.
This year wasn’t just about work—it was about growth, connection, and a little bit of fun!
We embraced a rebrand to better reflect our mission and values, attended 3 inspiring conferences, and brought the team closer with one unforgettable retreat. Along the way, we powered through with 1,112 cups of coffee and tea (and maybe a little help from Oreo, our unofficial mascot, who provided 910 snuggles between calls).
